An incredibly populated and in-demand part of Austin, North Austin holds a diverse and vibrant community that continues to prosper thanks to the area’s closeness to much of Austin’s tech industry. Living in North Austin, one is never more than 20 minutes from the Texas Hill Country, Austin downtown living, great shopping and seemingly endless options for casual and fine dining. The bottom dollar amount for Austin properties in North Austin is in the $70’s. Elsewhere in the neighborhood, prices can top out in the high $700’s. Interior makeup moves from three bedroom, one bath models to four bed, three bath setups. Square footage tops out at over 3,000 square feet and goes down to a bit over 1,000 square feet.
